OUR PROCESS

Wondering what to expect when you book a session with us? Read a bit about our process below to see if we would be the right fit for you and your family! :-)

01. You love what you see (yay!) and would like more information on our services. We’re thrilled! Fill out our simple Contact Us Form. We will get in touch as soon as possible to answer any questions you may have, find out more details on the session you are looking for and send you our current pricing.

02. After reviewing our services and pricing, you are excited and ready to book your session with us. (Double yay!) We will schedule your session, send you a contract and take a deposit at this time to hold your date.

03. You’ll receive our Client Experience Guide sharing all the details on how to prepare for your session, including clothing ideas and getting your family ready! As we get closer to your session date, we’ll set up a time to chat final details and make sure you are feeling good and ready for the session day.

04. On the day of your session, we’ll spend a few minutes introducing ourselves to the kids to help them feel at ease. We’ll talk about posing and share the plan for the session. We take a relaxed approach with children, allowing them time to feel comfortable and safe, and allowing any break times for snacks.

.05 After your session, we will process and edit your images, and upload them into a beautiful online gallery where you’ll be able to view and download your images, as well as purchase prints, albums, and other products. We’ll be available to answer any questions and guide you through the process! Final payment is due before any images are released, and all digital sales are final. Thank you for your attention to this!

.06 Print and product orders will be sent off to our amazing photo labs for creation, and shipped directly to you!

.07 Your prints and products arrive at your doorstep! Hurray! We can’t wait to see what they look like in your home!
